Jason Masters
Founder & Managing Director
With over 30 years experience in Probity, Internal Audit and Corporate Governance. In addition to Probity Consulting, Jason is a Independent Board Member, Chairs some NSW Government Audit and Risk Committees and an educator for Company Directors.
Irene Lomis
Principal Consultant
Irene brings to her leadership role an understanding of complex procurement, general counsel roles and highly complex probity challenges to ensure procurements are undertaken with integrity and deliver value for money.
